Our axles come with custom built heavy duty cv joints with hardened races and chromoly cv cages to handle anything you can throw at them. 

Our axles are made from aircraft grade certified 300m billet material. 300m is much stronger then chromoly.
We also have a special aircraft heat treat process that allows us to harden our axles to a very high hardness level not normally seen in the industry.
We are proud to say that there has never been a Gforce 300m axle broken, ever!
That is why our 2 year warranty is the best in the business.

In addition to the excellent design and manufacturing process we use, we also coat our axles and stubs in what we call black e-coat.
Black e-coat is an aircraft anti-corrosion process that dips the parts in a poly based enamel and then the coating is oven baked.
This process is not powder coating. It gives a more uniform coating and is much thinner then powder coating and will not flake off.

Our axles come with 12.9 grade installation bolts.
